How do I buy a gift voucher?
Call us — we arrange every voucher by phone, with no forms and no online payment. Together we pick the trip option or the amount, set a date or leave it open, and we send the voucher to your email.
Can I choose any amount for the voucher?
Yes, a voucher can be issued for any amount — we match it to your budget. You can also pick a ready trip option: STANDARD, PREMIUM or ULTRA. If the person adds the difference, the voucher covers part of a longer trip.
Who decides when the voucher is used?
The person who receives the voucher decides when to use it — no pressure, no paperwork. We can fix a date when you buy it or leave it open, and then they simply call us and book a day that suits them.
Is the voucher printed or digital?
The voucher is digital — we email it to you as soon as we have agreed the details by phone.
Is there a voucher for snowmobiles?
Yes, a snowmobile voucher costs 1 h for 300 PLN and 2 h for 600 PLN. It is used in winter, during the snowmobile season.
Do I need a driving licence to ride a quad in Zakopane?
No, you do not need a driving licence for our quad tours — we ride on our own off-road arena with 30 km of trails. You ride with an instructor, after a short briefing of about 10 minutes.
Where exactly are you located?
We are at Rybkówka 16/2 in Zakopane, close to the town center. Guests come to us from Białka Tatrzańska, Bukowina Tatrzańska, Poronin, Kościelisko and Murzasichle.
